EFFECTIVE 10/04/2022 a person will not be required to wear a face mask upon entering the main campus or hospital owned clinics unless they are:

  • symptomatic for COVID-19
  • have a diagnosis of COVID-19
  • have had a high risk exposure to COVID-19.

RAPID COVID TESTS are available at our Family Practice locations and you will need to be seen by a provider to obtain this testing. Most clinics have same-day appointments available. (this does not include Covid tests for travel)

    • Patients coming through the “drive-through” testing area are still able to see a provider and/or have a phone visit with a provider if wanted/needed. COVID results may take up to seven days.

    • Travel COVID Test and Provider ordered tests are also available. Patients will be responsible for self-pay or balance due after insurance.

ATTENTION. If you are coming to the hospital for a Covid infusion, please proceed to the door to the right of the main entrance. Please DO NOT ENTER THE MAIN LOBBY. Thank you for your cooperation.

All admitting procedures will be completed in your room in Same Day. Please bring your insurance card and ID.

Come to the Same Day Exit door to the Right of the main entrance. You can call 812-254-8887 and someone will assist you, or go up the lighted sidewalk and ring the doorbell.

  • Please arrive at your assigned date and time. There is no need to come earlier than the assigned time.
  • You may eat prior to arrival.
  • If you are well enough to drive yourself, you should not have need for a driver to return home.
  • Please do not bring anyone in the building with you. If there is a reason you would need to have someone with you, prior approval from the Infusion department would need to be obtained.
