Nutrition Services

The nutrition services department of Daviess Community Hospital provides food for patients, families, employees, and guests. Our kitchen strives to provide food that is nutritious, tasty, and attractively served. Our staff includes a manager of nutrition services, registered dietitians, dietary managers, clinical food service workers, and other meal preparation staff who have training and expertise in their related job functions. All nutrition services staff comply with infection control practices, as well as, OSHA, CDC, and DHS requirements for food service workers.

  • All meals from the cafeteria will be in disposable ware (to-go containers, plastic ware, etc)
  • Salad/Sandwich Bar will no longer be in operation and will be replaced with “Grab and Go” options for Pre-made Salad and Sandwiches
  • Seating is available
Cafeteria Hours: Monday through Friday Only. Closed on weekends.
  • Breakfast 7 to 9 am
  • Lunch 11 am to 1:15 pm
