About Otto

Dr. Otto C. Susec, Jr. was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He is the first generation American, as his parents are Slovenian immigrants.

Dr. Susec is married to Jayne, and they have two children Miranda and Alexa.

Dr. Susec became a board-certified Emergency Room physician in 1998. He holds certifications in PASL , ACLS and ATLS.

He has a multitude of leadership experience, and is currently the  Medical Director and Chairman at the Department of Emergency Medicine at St. Vincent Evansville Medical Center; as well as, the Medical Director\Service-line Chief at the Department of Emergency Medicine at St. Vincent Warrick Hospital. 

Dr. Susuc also has received several recognition including:
