Treatment Options

Minimally invasive solutions to help you recover faster.

We believe in starting with the most conservative treatment possible. For many patients, that means:

  • Home exercises and guided physical therapy
  • Anti-inflammatory medications
  • Bracing or splinting
  • Activity modification
  • Corticosteroid or gel injections

If surgery is required, our team offers evidence-based procedures designed to reduce pain and restore function.

Joint Injections Available at CORE

Advanced pain relief options tailored to your condition.

We offer several types of image-guided joint injections, including:

  • Cortisone (corticosteroid) injections – for fast pain and inflammation relief
  • Viscosupplementation – hyaluronic acid (gel) injections to lubricate knee joints
  • Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) – uses your own platelets to promote healing
  • Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate (BMAC) – stem cell therapy from your hip bone to reduce inflammation and improve joint health

Note: Amniotic injections derived from placental tissue are not used at Daviess Community Hospital.
