Daviess Community Hospital Quick Care Clinic

About This Location

Just because your medical issue is not life-threatening does not mean you can always wait to have it treated. It’s not always easy to schedule an appointment with your primary care physician, which is why the DCH Quick Care Clinic is available to treat any of your urgent care needs. You do not even need to call us first, as soon as you walk into the clinic you can sign in and our skilled nurse practitioners will meet with your shortly.

When to Visit Quick Care

Keep in mind that urgent care is not emergency care. If you are dealing with a life threatening condition than your best option is to call 911 or visit the emergency room. Quick care is a valuable alternative to primary care when you are dealing with illness or injury.

COVID Testing Site:

For patients who are experiencing symptoms of fever, cough and shortness of breath, Daviess Community Hospital advises to first call the COVID hotline at 812-254-2764 before seeking non-emergent medical attention. The medical professional answering the COVID hotline may direct the patient to the DCH Quick Care Clinic. Patients who arrive at Quick Care are asked to remain in their vehicles and to call 812-254-7845 to speak with the clinic personnel. A clinic staff member will ask questions to determine appropriate screening, testing or treatment needed and instruct the patient on the next steps.
