Dave Graber, PT, MPT, ATC, serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Daviess Community Hospital at Daviess Community Hospital overseeing day-to-day operational functions of the hospital, ensuring high-quality patient care, financial stability, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. He collaborates closely with the executive leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that advance the hospital’s mission, vision and long-term goals.
During his tenure at DCH, Dave has directed inpatient and outpatient therapy services, expanded rehabilitation and orthopedic offerings, and worked with a diverse range of clinical teams. He previously served as Director of Rehabilitation Therapy and led staff across multiple facilities. Under his guidance, DCH enhanced services for patients undergoing joint replacements and grew collaborations with medical providers and referral sources.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville, graduating magna cum laude. He is also a certified athletic trainer through the National Athletic Training Association and remains active in the community through various civic and church affiliations.
