Whether you need rehab after surgery, help with chronic pain, or expert joint, bone, foot, or ankle care, our coordinated team builds a plan around your goals—so you can move better, hurt less, and get back to the life you love.

    • Orthopedics & Sports Medicine - Expert diagnosis, non-surgical care, and surgical options—close to home.

      • Conditions treated: sprains/strains, sports injuries, fractures, arthritis/bursitis, rotator cuff & labral tears, carpal tunnel & hand/elbow issues, knee ligament/meniscus injuries, foot/ankle problems, tendonitis/overuse.
      • Non-surgical care: bracing and activity modification, therapy coordination, anti-inflammatory medications, image-guided injections (cortisone, hyaluronic-acid “gel,” platelet-rich plasma/PRP, bone marrow aspirate concentrate/BMAC).
      • Surgery: total and partial knee replacement, total hip replacement, reverse total shoulder replacement, ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair, arthroscopy, cartilage restoration.
      • Walk-In Clinic: Wednesdays, 8–10 a.m. for new injuries, acute joint pain, and urgent orthopedic concerns—no appointment required.

    • Pain Management - Relieving pain and restoring function with targeted, image-guided care.
      • Delivered Tuesdays through our partnership with Tri-State Orthopaedics.
      • Conditions: back/neck pain, sciatica, spinal stenosis, SI joint pain, radiculopathy, joint pain (shoulder/hip/knee), headaches related to cervical issues, myofascial pain, post-injury and post-surgical pain.
      • Treatments: epidural steroid injections, facet/SI joint injections, nerve blocks and radiofrequency ablation, trigger point injections, PRP, non-opioid medication strategies, therapy referrals and movement planning.

    • Podiatry: Surgical & Non-Surgical - Comprehensive foot and ankle care for pain, injury, and deformity.
      • Provided Tuesdays in partnership with Tri-State Orthopaedics.
      • Conditions: plantar fasciitis, bunions and hammer toes, flatfoot/high-arch problems, Achilles tendon disorders, ankle sprains/instability, fractures, arthritis, sports injuries, ingrown nails, diabetic foot concerns, cysts/neuromas.
      • Care options: custom orthotics and bracing, corticosteroid or PRP injections, offloading/immobilization, diabetic foot care and wound prevention, therapy referrals.
      • Surgical options: bunion/hammertoe correction, flatfoot reconstruction, trauma/fracture repair, ligament/tendon repair, joint fusion, removal of painful growths.

    • Radiology / Diagnostic ImagingFast, convenient imaging to guide diagnosis and treatment.
      • Services: digital X-rays and physician-ordered imaging for onsite orthopedic, pain, and podiatry care.

Frequently asked questions

  • Do I need a referral?
    • Many services are available without a referral, but some insurance plans require one—especially for Pain Management or Podiatry. Call us and we’ll help you verify: (812) 254-2673.
  • Is imaging available during my visit?
    • Yes. Digital X-rays are available on the 2nd floor, Mon–Thu 8 a.m.–4 p.m. to support same-day diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • When is the Orthopedic Walk-In Clinic?
    • Wednesdays, 8–10 a.m. for urgent injuries and new joint problems. No appointment needed.
  • Are regenerative injections offered?
    • Yes. Depending on your condition, options may include PRP and BMAC in addition to cortisone and hyaluronic-acid injections. Your provider will discuss what fits your goals and diagnosis.
  • Do you have therapy options after surgery?
    • Yes. Our first-floor rehab team coordinates closely with your surgeon to deliver personalized PT/OT/Speech plans for recovery.
