Admitting
Our Admitting Office is located in the main lobby of the hospital. Patients or family members will be asked to provide insurance and identification. For questions about the admission process, call (812) 254-8863.

Cafeteria
Located on-site, our cafeteria is open to patients, visitors, and staff:

- Breakfast: 7 – 9 a.m.
- Lunch: 11 a.m. – 1:15 p.m.

Cell Phone Use
In most areas of the hospital, cell phones and pagers are permitted. Please ask your nurse before using mobile devices to ensure they do not interfere with care equipment.
Gifts & Deliveries
Gifts, flowers, and letters may be delivered to patient rooms. Please include
the patient’s name and room number.
For safety reasons:
- No flowers or plants in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- No Mylar balloons due to allergies
DCH does not operate an on-site gift shop, but local businesses listed on the Daviess County Chamber of Commerce website offer great gift options.

Smoke-Free Campus
Daviess Community Hospital and all DCH clinics are 100% tobacco- and smoke-free. Thank you for respecting our campus-wide policy.

Free parking is available at all DCH locations. Spaces for patients and visitors are located near each facility’s entrance.

For privacy reasons, patient conditions or diagnoses cannot be disclosed by staff. To contact a patient directly, call (812) 254-2760 and request the patient by name.
Wi-Fi Access
Free public Wi-Fi is available throughout the hospital and clinics.
