Occupational therapy focuses on improving a person’s ability to perform activities of daily living—such as dressing, grooming, cooking, or returning to school or work—after illness, injury, surgery, or developmental delays. Therapy begins with a detailed evaluation to determine your goals, followed by a customized plan and ongoing assessments to ensure progress.
We treat a wide range of conditions and challenges, including:
Our program includes several specialized services, allowing us to meet diverse patient needs with advanced training and individualized approaches.
Our therapists design and fabricate splints tailored to your specific needs. Whether for injury recovery, post-surgical support, or chronic pain, Custom Splinting provides targeted relief, optimal comfort, and superior function.
Provided by therapists with advanced certification, Certified Hand Therapy addresses conditions affecting the hands, wrists, and upper extremities—offering expert care for injury recovery, post-op rehab, and overuse syndromes.
Our Custom Seating & Mobility service provides comprehensive assessments to match patients with the most appropriate and supportive mobility equipment, including wheelchairs and specialized seating systems.
Paraffin therapy helps reduce pain and stiffness in hands and joints, often used to complement therapeutic exercises for arthritis or post-injury recovery.
Fluidotherapy is a dry heat modality that enhances circulation, reduces pain, and improves motion, often used for hand and wrist injuries or chronic conditions.
At CORE, we believe that successful therapy involves not only the patient but also their support system. We collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and families to create comprehensive, realistic plans tailored to each person’s daily life and long-term goals.
If you or a loved one needs support regaining independence or managing a condition affecting everyday activities, occupational therapy can help. Our team is ready to guide you every step of the way.
