Celebrate the season and strengthen local families through DCH’s Perinatal Pathways Program

When: Saturday, Nov. 22, 6–11 p.m.
Where: National Guard Armory, 500 NE 6th Street, Washington, IN

This year’s Festival of Trees brings “Warm Winter Wishes” to Washington, Indiana—uniting our community to support Daviess Community Hospital’s Perinatal Pathways Program. The gala features fully decorated Christmas trees and wreaths donated by community members and organizations, displayed for public viewing, and sold via a live auction. Proceeds provide essential supplies, medical support, education and resources, transportation assistance, and emergency support for local mothers, newborns, and families.

Event Highlights

• 6 p.m. Doors open; viewing and silent auction

• 7 p.m. Catered dinner by Chastity Fox; cash bar by Allen & Andrea Brown

• Sponsor recognition and Perinatal Pathways overview

• ~8 p.m. Live auction of trees and wreaths (silent auction closes; winners announced)

• 9–11 p.m. DJ Brandon Humphries, dessert bar, and dancing

• Free Santa photos for attendees; digital downloads after the event

• Live music by Ron Fox

Ways to Get Involved

• Attend: Tickets are $35/person, $60/couple, or $200/table of 8. Buy by 4 p.m., Fri., Nov. 14 at givebutter.com/25festival.

• Sponsor: Title, Platinum, Gold, and Silver levels available through 4 p.m., Fri., Nov. 14.

• Donate a Tree or Wreath: See guidelines below; deliver on Fri., Nov. 21, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. at the Armory.

Tree & Wreath Donor Guidelines

• Trees: Artificial 6.5–12 ft, wired decorations, lights, metal stand. Deliver Fri., Nov. 21, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. to the Armory. Two tickets included. Eligible for Best Tree (people’s vote). Donor may decorate during setup or request committee decoration after delivery.

• Wreaths: Artificial ≥24", wired decorations, metal hanger. Deliver Fri., Nov. 21, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. to the Armory. One ticket included. Eligible for Best Wreath (people’s vote). Donor may decorate during setup or request committee decoration after delivery.

Pickup & Delivery
Winning bidders can take items home after the gala or pick up on Sun., Nov. 23, 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Delivery is available at no extra charge within Daviess County.
