Terri Hamilton, MSN,NP-C,APRN

Terri Hamilton, NP-C, is a family nurse practitioner providing primary care services at the DCH Medical Clinic in Washington, Indiana. She brings decades of clinical and leadership experience across hospital and outpatient settings, offering thoughtful, personalized care for adults managing both everyday health concerns and more complex conditions.

Hamilton earned her Master of Science in Primary Care Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University and holds both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Vincennes University. In her role, she partners closely with patients to understand their health goals, evaluate symptoms, review test results, and develop care plans that support long-term wellness and quality of life.

Her professional background includes service as a family nurse practitioner in outpatient primary care, as well as hospitalist care. Earlier in her career, Hamilton held numerous leadership roles at Daviess Community Hospital, including director of critical care services, clinical nurse educator, house supervisor, and interim vice president of nursing, contributing to quality improvement and nursing professional development initiatives.

Hamilton also has extensive experience in critical care, surgical intensive care, vascular access, and flight nursing. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) and has been recognized with nominations for excellence in advanced practice nursing.
