Susan Free, DNP, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner providing hospitalist care at Daviess Community Hospital in Washington, Indiana. She brings decades of clinical experience across acute care, critical care, and primary care settings, with a strong focus on thoughtful, evidence-based inpatient medicine.

Free earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Valparaiso University and completed her earlier nursing education at Goshen College and Ivy Tech Community College.
