About Megan

Megan Isaacs, MD, is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist with Jasper Obstetrics and Gynecology, providing tubal ligation procedures at Daviess Community Hospital in Washington, Indiana. Known for her individualized, evidence-based approach, Dr. Isaacs is committed to building trusted, communicative relationships with the women and families she serves.

Originally from Terre Haute, Indiana, Dr. Isaacs earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington in 2001. She received her Doctor of Medicine from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 2005, followed by a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, completed in 2009.

Before relocating to Jasper, Dr. Isaacs practiced for five years at UAP Clinic in Terre Haute, where she also served as a clinical educator for medical, nurse practitioner, and physician assistant students. She was appointed volunteer clinical assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology through IU School of Medicine and received multiple teaching awards and national recognition for her research on pregnancy following bariatric surgery.

Since 2014, Dr. Isaacs has called Jasper home, where she and her husband, Ryan, are raising their three children. Outside of medicine, she enjoys running, cooking, reading, and spending time with her family while exploring the many offerings of Southern Indiana.
