About Lisa

Lisa Hoipkemier, PT, DPT, Ed.D, NCS, is a Physical Therapist at the CORE Center at Daviess Community Hospital in Washington, Indiana. She provides comprehensive rehabilitation for patients with neurological conditions and pediatric therapy needs, helping each patient achieve greater independence, mobility, and confidence.

Lisa is a Board-Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist with additional training in IMPACT and Graston techniques, allowing her to deliver advanced, evidence-based care in both neurologic and orthopedic rehabilitation.

In August 2024, she earned her Doctor of Education (Ed.D) from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, expanding her expertise in patient education, leadership, and clinical practice development. She also holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Physical Therapy from Bob Jones University.

Since joining Daviess Community Hospital’s CORE Center in 2018, Dr. Hoipkemier has been known for her compassionate approach, interdisciplinary collaboration, and dedication to helping patients of all ages reach their rehabilitation goals.
