About Lisa

Dr. Lisa A. Lindborg is a board-certified emergency medicine physician providing high-quality, compassionate care in the Emergency Department at Daviess Community Hospital in Washington, Indiana. She brings decades of clinical expertise across diverse healthcare settings, with a focus on delivering safe, timely, and patient-centered emergency care.

A graduate of the Indiana University School of Medicine, Dr. Lindborg completed her emergency medicine residency at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria, Illinois. Her training included extensive experience in critical care transport, trauma, and ultrasound for emergency medicine applications.

Since beginning her career in 2000, Dr. Lindborg has served in multiple hospitals in Indiana and North Carolina, with her current practice based in Evansville and Washington, Indiana. 

Dr. Lindborg is a Diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine, originally certified in 2001 and most recently recertified in 2021, with certification valid through 2026. She is also an active member of the American College of Emergency Physicians and the Emergency Medicine Residents’ Association.

Her professional experience is complemented by teaching, research, and presentations on emergency medicine topics such as head CT interpretation, noninvasive mechanical ventilation, and management of acute conditions.
