About Leslie

Leslie Guy, DNP, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in endocrinology at The Lohano Center for Advanced Medicine at Daviess Community Hospital in Washington, Indiana. She provides care for patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormonal imbalances, and other endocrine-related conditions, working closely with the endocrinology team to deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment.

With more than two decades of nursing experience, Leslie’s background includes medical-surgical care, rehabilitation, cardiology, and urgent care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University, followed by her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner track, from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2021. She went on to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2022, performing clinical practicums at the Lohano Center for Advanced Medicine.

Before her civilian healthcare career, Leslie served in the U.S. Air Force, where she strengthened her clinical skills and commitment to service. She is known for her patient-focused approach, clear communication, and dedication to helping individuals manage chronic conditions to improve quality of life.

Leslie lives in Loogootee, Indiana, with her husband and three sons. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, running, and traveling.
