About Kameron

Kameron Graber, PT, DPT, LAT, ATC, is a Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer with the CORE Center at Daviess Community Hospital in Washington, Indiana. He provides personalized outpatient rehabilitation for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and musculoskeletal conditions, with a focus on improving function, movement, and performance.

Kameron combines his background in athletic training and physical therapy to deliver integrated, evidence-based care that supports patients from injury recovery through full return to activity. His approach emphasizes movement quality, individualized exercise programming, and long-term injury prevention strategies.

Kameron earned both his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana. He joined Daviess Community Hospital’s CORE Center team in October 2025, where he continues to serve patients of all ages with compassionate, goal-driven care.
