John L. Stafford, MD, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist with decades of experience in women’s health. He provides comprehensive OB/GYN services at Heartland OB/GYN in Washington, Indiana, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.

Dr. Stafford earned his Doctor of Medicine from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans and completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the same institution. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.

Throughout his career, Dr. Stafford has served patients in a variety of practice settings across multiple states, including leadership and private practice roles. He is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has completed training on the da Vinci® Surgical System as a console surgeon.
