Jason T. Franklin, D.O., is a board-certified physician specializing in pain management for spinal problems. He sees patients at Daviess Community Hospital's CORE Center in Washington, Indiana, through the hospital’s partnership with Tri-State Orthopaedics. Dr. Franklin provides non-surgical spine care and image-guided pain management procedures designed to improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and enhance patients’ quality of life.

With more than two decades of experience, Dr. Franklin is known for his holistic, patient-centered approach to managing back, neck, and joint pain. He offers comprehensive evaluations, education, and conservative treatment plans personalized to each patient’s goals. His clinical expertise includes epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, sacroiliac (SI) joint injections, facet injections, and EMG/NCS diagnostics.

Dr. Franklin completed his residency in PM&R at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (Northwestern University), where he also served as Chief Resident and Clinical Instructor. He later completed a fellowship in spinal diagnostics at Kaiser Permanente in Richmond, California.

His philosophy of care emphasizes clear communication, functional outcomes, and the use of minimally invasive techniques to restore comfort and activity without surgery.
