About Jalon

Jalon Graber, PT, DPT, ATC, LAT, is a Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer with the CORE Center at Daviess Community Hospital in Washington, Indiana. He provides comprehensive outpatient physical therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation, helping patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence following injury or surgery.

Jalon’s clinical approach combines his background in athletic training and physical therapy to deliver personalized treatment plans that support both athletic performance and long-term recovery. He is passionate about working with athletes and active individuals, using evidence-based methods to restore function and prevent re-injury.

A native of southern Indiana, Jalon earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Evansville. He joined Daviess Community Hospital’s CORE Center team in May 2023, where he continues to help patients of all activity levels return to what they love.
