Glenn T. Johnson II, MD, is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon providing care at the CORE Center at Daviess Community Hospital in Washington, Indiana, through a partnership with Tri-State Orthopaedics. With decades of experience, he provides comprehensive orthopaedic care for a wide range of joint, bone and muscle conditions, along with subspecialty expertise in conditions affecting the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder.

Dr. Johnson evaluates and treats injuries, degenerative conditions and mobility concerns, helping patients reduce pain, restore function and return to daily activities.

Dr. Johnson earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and completed his orthopaedic residency at Wright State University’s Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. He further advanced his training through a hand surgery fellowship at the University of New Mexico.

He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and holds a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Surgery of the Hand, reflecting advanced training in upper-extremity care.

His clinical expertise includes general orthopaedic conditions as well as specialized care of the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder, including arthroscopic treatment of rotator cuff disorders, shoulder arthritis and related injuries. His approach emphasizes listening to patients, clearly explaining diagnoses and helping individuals make informed decisions about their care.
