About Daniell

Daniell Summers, RN, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner serving patients at Daviess-Martin Medical Clinic, part of Daviess Community Hospital. Known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach, Summers provides primary care services for individuals and families throughout Loogootee, Martin County, and the surrounding areas of southwestern Indiana.

Summers brings a wealth of clinical experience to her role, with a background that spans critical care, post-surgical recovery, outpatient services, pediatrics, and family medicine. She is highly skilled in managing complex patient cases and is proficient in respiratory and ventilator care, emergency response, and electronic health record (EHR) implementation.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in family practice from Walden University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Vincennes University.

Summers is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is deeply involved in promoting community wellness. Outside of her clinical work, she supports local health initiatives through the St. John Parish Nurse Council in Loogootee.
