Brandee Downs, CPRC, CSPR-PR, is the Peer Recovery Supervisor at Daviess Community Hospital, where she leads efforts to provide compassionate, evidence-based support for individuals navigating substance use disorder (SUD) recovery. With years of experience in peer recovery services, mentorship, and community outreach, Brandee is dedicated to creating an inclusive, empowering environment for those seeking long-term recovery.
As a Certified Peer Recovery Coach (CPRC) and Certified Supervisor of Peer Recovery (CSPR-PR), Brandee utilizes both her lived experience and professional expertise to guide individuals toward lasting recovery. She specializes in mentoring peer recovery coaches, developing personalized recovery plans, and connecting clients to critical resources such as treatment programs, mental health services, and social support networks. Her leadership fosters a culture of hope, resilience, and success for individuals and families affected by substance use disorder.
Since joining Daviess Community Hospital in 2021, Brandee has played a pivotal role in expanding Peer Recovery Services, bridging gaps in care, and ensuring that individuals have access to the support they need. She is passionate about reducing stigma, advocating for her clients, and helping people reclaim their lives through recovery.
