Aubrey Howard, PA, is a physician assistant providing emergency care at Daviess Community Hospital in Washington, Indiana. She delivers timely, evidence-based care for patients presenting with urgent and acute medical needs, working collaboratively with emergency physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to support safe, effective treatment.

Howard earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Evansville and holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Medicine from Indiana State University, where she was named to the Dean’s List. Her clinical training included rotations across emergency medicine, internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, orthopedics, behavioral health, and general surgery, including multiple rotations at Daviess Community Hospital.

Before joining DCH as a physician assistant, Howard gained hands-on clinical experience in urgent care and orthopedic settings, performing procedures such as laceration repairs, foreign body removal, abscess drainage, and assisting with injections and casting. She previously worked at Daviess Community Hospital as a clinical assistant, supporting inpatient care teams and collaborating with multidisciplinary providers across a variety of medical and post-operative conditions.

Howard maintains active certifications in >Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association, as well as Mental Health First Aid certification.
