Annual Fund

The Annual Fund supports projects, programs and initiatives of the Daviess Community Hospital Foundation on behalf of the patients and families we have the privilege of serving.

Tributes Program

In Memory giving allows friends and family to celebrate the life of a loved one. Family members may designate Daviess Community Hospital Foundation as the recipient of memorial gifts in tribute of their loved one. In Honor giving is another special way to honor a friend, coworker, colleague or family member. We invite you to consider a lasting and meaningful tribute to someone special by making a memorial or honorary gift to the Daviess Community Hospital Foundation.

Grateful Patient and Families Program

A gift offers a meaningful way to express the gratitude you feel for the care you or a loved one received at Daviess Community Hospital.

Cancer Navigator Program

At a point when patients and their families are facing the challenge of their lives, they must navigate and manage a complex health care system. A Cancer Navigator will provide support and guidance throughout a patient’s cancer care. The Daviess Community Hospital Foundation has made a commitment to help provide philanthropic support to the Cancer Navigator Program.

Advocates for Smart Teen Choices

In an effort to address the #1 identified community health need, Daviess Community Hospital received a grant to form a local Task Force to develop a collaborative community effort to address this issue. The DCH Foundation is committed to seeking grant funding and local community support to sustain and expand this program.

Cradle Wall Program

You can celebrate the joyous occasion of the arrival of your newborn. For a gift of $100 or greater, a beautiful medallion celebrating the birth will be placed on the Cradle Crowd Wall. All gifts help support programs offered by The Womens’ Center.

Health Career Scholarship Program

Ensuring our community’s health care needs are met requires that our community has adequate access to health care professionals. The DCH Foundation provides Health Career Scholarships to aspiring health care professionals encouraging them to make their health care careers in our community.

Employee Assistance Program

Funds raised through our annual DCH Employee Appeal is designated for an employee assistance fund that provides financial assistance to a DCH employee during times of personal difficulty.
