Cardiac Rehabilitation shadows your activity level at home while monitoring your heart. A variety of equipment including treadmills, Airdyne bikes, arm ergometer, NuStep exerciser and free weights are used to continually assess and promote increasing your heart and skeletal muscle strength and endurance.
Education sessions are incorporated into the exercise sessions covering topics such as cholesterol, diet, exercise, signs and symptoms of heart attack, and other heart health information.
Please discuss cardiac rehabilitation with your physician. Then call us for more information or to schedule an appointment at 812-254-8895.
