    Education:Candidates must have a current license in the state of Indiana. Candidates with clinic experience, 3-5 years management experience, knowledge of Joint Commission, and Rural Health knowledge, preferred. Candidate must be an excellent team player with exemplary hands on customer service skills and a commitment to high quality work with confidentiality in a fast paced setting.
