Stroud Medical to Open August 2oth

aviess Community Hospital is very pleased to announce that Dr. Rex Stroud, Family Physician, and Darla Eaton, Family Nurse Practitioner will be providing care for patients of all ages at Stroud Medical in Washington. Both Dr. Stroud and Ms. Eaton are members of Daviess Community Hospital’s Medical Staff. Their pract
ice will open on August 20th but patients may call the office now to schedule appointments.
Dr. Stroud is from Monroe City and earned his MD from Indiana University School of Medicine. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and recently provided medical care in Daviess Community Hospital’s Emergency Department. Ms. Eaton is a graduate of Ball State University in Muncie and recently provided care at DCH Quick Care. Dr. Stroud will provide care for patients both in the office and at Daviess Community Hospital.
Stroud Medical is located in the DCH Medical Building, 1401 Memorial Avenue, Suite C, in Washington and the phone number is 254-4399.
