Dr. Cullen Recognized
Daviess Community Hospital’s Board of Governors recognized Dr. Stephen Cullen at their December 23 meeting for his service as Chief of the Medical Staff from 2008 through 2009.
Dr. Cullen has been with the hospital since 1985 and is owner of Cullen Medical Professionals Corporation in Washington. He a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician and is the Coroner of Daviess County. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the Indiana Association of Osteopathic Physicians, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and the American Osteopathic Academy of Sports Medicine.
