Daviess Community Hospital submits each year to the Indiana State Department of Health a report of unreimbursed benefits it provides to the community, outreach educational programming, and certain patient services for high-risk populations. The annual report is public information and is available upon request from Hospital Administration by calling (812) 254-8840, or from the State Department of Health by calling (317) 383-6541.
