Individualized Care
Your Cardiac Rehabilitation sessions are customized based on your diagnosis and recovery needs.
Phase 2 monitored exercise sessions are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, between 8 a.m and 12 p.m. Appointments are made at times that are convenient to your schedule.
Cardiac Rehabilitation shadows your activity level at home while monitoring your heart. A variety of equipment including treadmills, bikes, arm bikes, and free weights are used to continually assess and promote increasing your heart and skeletal muscle strength and endurance.
Our classes meet in the mornings on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Education sessions are incorporated into the exercise sessions covering topics such as cholesterol, diet, exercise, signs and symptoms of heart attack, and other heart healthy information.
Please discuss cardiac rehabilitation with your physician. Then call us for more information or to schedule an appointment at 254-8851.
