What Our Patients Tell Us

~I made an appointment online, arrived 15 minutes early, filled out paperwork, waited approximately 15 minutes before taken back. Once in exam room, 2 ladies were right in to evaluate me and take my vitals. Within just a few minutes, I began to feel really bad. I opened the door to ask for a drink of water. I was met by a nurse practitioner who was already on her way in my room. She helped me to the table as another lady brought me a drink. I was examined and diagnosed quickly. I moved back to the chair while waiting for the nurse to come and give 2 shots. After the shots, I felt really dizzy, so I threw my coat on the floor and slid down to lay on the floor. The nurse came back to check on me. As she entered the room, I said I didn't fall or faint, but felt dizzy, so I slid onto the floor. She told me that was a great idea and when I felt like it I could sit up. She was back in a minute or 2 with my discharge papers and a wheel chair and had me out the door and into my dad's car and on my way home. Although I felt really lousy, I remember vividly the quick, efficient and wonderfully caring treatment I received. I was even told how much they appreciated me coughing into a handkerchief while I was there. I was there on Jan. 2, 2015 between 3:30 and 4:30 pm. All the staff were so nice and took such good care of me. Thank you so much! I am feeling better today...fell like I am on the road to recovery. It's the little things that make a difference and your staff was excellent.

~It was great! I only waited 10-12 minutes past my time. The nurse practitioner was thorough and knowledgeable.
